plaplaはどんなサービスですか？(What is plapla?）

plaplaとは

plaplaはネットを通じて世界中のライブが楽しめるライブ配信フラットフォームです。
ライブはもちろん、今後みな様が24時間いつでもどこでも楽しめるコンテンツをどんどん増やしていきますのでお楽しみに！！

現在、plaplaはベータ版として提供しております。
ストリーミングサービス使用には問題ありませんが、一部の機能に不具合がある場合がございます。
不具合や改善点は、弊社の問い合わせメール(contact@plapla.live)でご連絡お願いします。
近日中に本リリースも控えておりますので、続報を楽しみにお待ちください。

What is plapla?

Plapla is a live streaming platform where you can enjoy live performances around the world on the Internet.
We will provide the live performance as well as the content that you can enjoy anytime, anywhere, 24 hours a day from now on!!

Now, plapla is serving beta version.
There is no problem with using the live streaming service, but there may be a problem with some features.
Please contact us with any problems or improvements using our inquiry mail(contact@plapla.live).
Main Version release is coming soon, so please look forward to further information.

チケットはどのようにして買えますか？(How can I buy a ticket?)

チケット購入の流れ

  1. plaplaに会員登録をしてから、ログインします。

  2. ご希望のライブを検索してクリックします。

  3. イベント詳細を確認して「購入」ボタンをクリックします。

  4. 決済ページからお客様の情報を入力、ご確認の上、ご希望の決済方法を選択して「注文する」ボタンをクリックします。

    1. クレジットカードをお選びいただいた場合、ご登録いただいたメールアドレスにライブ配信視聴のご案内のメールをお送りしますので、ご確認ください。
    2. 口座振込の場合、講座のご案内もメールをお送りしますので、ご確認の上、入金をお願いします。
      入金確認ができ次第、ライブ配信視聴のご案内のメールをお送りします。
    • メールが度とかない場合、迷惑メールとして受信拒否、もしくは迷惑メールフォルダに振り分けられていないか「迷惑メールフォルダ」を一度ご確認下さい。
      また当サイトのメールアドレス【contact@plapla.live】またはドメイン【plapla.live】を受信できるよう設定をお願い致します。
  6. ご購入いただいたチケットは「マイポケット>マイチケット」ページからご確認いただけます。
    今まで購入したチケットの履歴は「購入履歴」ページでご確認ください。

How to buy tickets

  1. Please sign in plapla after sing up plapla.

  2. Search and click on the live you want to buy.

  3. Check the event details and click the "Buy" button.

  4. Enter your information on the payment page, confirm, select the payment method you want, and click the ""Order" button.

    1. If you choose a credit card, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the live to your registered e-mail address, so please check it.
    2. In the case of an account transfer, we will also send you an e-mail explaining the accout number, so please confirm and make the payment.
      As soon as we confirm your deposit, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the live.
    • If you do not receive emails, please check the "spam mail folder" and check if plapla.live are rejected or sorted into spam folders."
      Also, please set up the email address of this site (contact@plapla.live) or domain (plapla.live).
  6. You can check the tickets you have purchased from the "My Pocket>My Tickets" page.
    Please check the Purchase History" page for the history of tickets you have purchased so far."
